I spent the first seven years of my professional career working behind a desk as an in-house bookkeeping employee, where I was lucky enough to work for more than 30 different companies and investors serving all types of industries. It took me some time to realize, but over the years, I had really developed this joy and passion for working with smaller businesses and helping them understand their financials, and get their budgets and processes in place. So, at the beginning of 2020, I made a plan to start my own virtual bookkeeping business, and I guess that was some serious manifesting, because a few months into the year, I found myself out of a job. 2020 right? But here we are a year later, and I’ve found that the clients who I love working with the most, and the businesses that I’m drawn to, are my fellow boss babes.
